Anchor not working in simple staff list?

I have put an anchor/link on this page:https://posweyb.net/?page_id=311 which does go correctly to this page:https://medats.org.uk/officers/. It does not, however, go down to the last staff member (me).

“this” is the linking text. This is picture of that code

The site it links to: https://medats.org.uk/officers/#nutshell uses the plugin.
This is a picture of the bio in edit mode mode.
I am asking for help as to why it doesn’t go to where the anchor is at the bottom of the page-perhaps my coding is wrong. Since the link actually does take one to the correct page, I suspect my coding is wrong or perhaps the plugin is interfering? Note, on the photo I supplied…it states *html is allowed.
