Anchor Links Problems

Hello, my name is Felipe and I’m working in website with wordpress.

The ideia of the website is to be mainly an onepage with the menu having anchor links.
But at the homepage, they don’t work in the desktop and I can’t find a reason why.
When I click the menu links, nothing happens, can anyone help me with this issue?
