Anchor links on translated page still pointing to default language page

    My default language is German. All anchor links work correctly on the default language.

    When I switch to English (translated page), my anchor links on the English page still point to the default (German) language. The anchor links are not switched to English.

    On the default page, I am using absolute path for the anchor links (see below), still, Translate Press is not able to change them and of course there is no way to do it manually.

    So there is absolutely NOTHING I can do!

    I have seen so many complaints about anchor links, yet it seems like this issue has still not been addressed after so many years?

    How can I force links like

    https://matschedolnig.at/mein-angebot#AL-Coaching (default German)

    to change to

    https://matschedolnig.at/en/mein-angebot#AL-Coaching

    manually?

    Issue resolved: Textlinks (anchor links) get changed correctly, image links (with advanced javasript) do not (Divi Pagebuilder Module image hover). In the Divi Module, you can choose weather to have a URL link (in my case absolute path URL with anchor) either for a title text or for the whole module (or both).

    The “module link” did not translate correctly in Translate Press. The solution is to leave the “module link” area empty and only use the “Text Title” link area within the Divi module.

    Hello,

    I have the same problem. I don’t understand what to do.

    I use Divi theme and I have anchor link in a button in Greek language and when I switch the Language in English then it loading the Default language page (Greek).

    Any idea? What to do?
