Anchor Links not Working Mobile Elementor

  • Hi

    I have built a landing page using Elementor, and for some reason the anchor links don’t work on mobile only.

    I’ve tried updating the plugins and the theme but it’s not resolved it, I’d like to know what’s causing the issue so I can fix it?

    Hi Helen,

    Does it work if you switch to Twenty Twenty-One theme?

    You are using Elementor canvas which removes all theme elements so it cannot be a theme issue.

    Also, you are not using the free GeneratePress theme.

    Hi @yingscarlett

    I have just checked this and strangely when I switched to that theme, the second two buttons scrolled back to the top of the page (rather than the bottom section where the anchor link is), and the first button still didn’t work?

    Ah ok @leohsiang, and no the website is using a Blocksy child theme. Do you know what the issue could be?

    Hi there,

    you will need to open a support topic with your Theme author. This forum is specifically for the GeneratePress theme.
