Anchor Links in a Page?

I have a page (not a post) with a long list of items (https://www.domainrookie.com/my-domains). This list is broken down into sections. What I’d like to do is at the top of the page, list the section titles, which people could click to jump down to the appropriate section.
If this were a standard html page, I would simply create html anchors at each section title in the list, and at the new section title list I’d insert at the top I would create links to those anchors. But, it seems I cannot do this on a WP page. Is this correct? Is there a way to do it?
I know that I could create subpages under this page instead of placing the entire list on this one page, but I’d rather not do that.
