I use JKit Nav Menu on several landing pages. Apparently, in the last few weeks the anchor links for navigation within the landing page are no longer working. The workaround was to add the full link to the menu, but that’s not the correct way. So, if you can help me with this, I’d appreciate it!

    Hello @projoe,

We sincerely apologize for our delay in responding and for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We have tested it on our end, and indeed there is a bug causing the anchor menu to not function properly.

For now, you can resolve this issue by replacing the file ../wp-content/plugins/jeg-elementor-kit/assets/js/elements/nav-menu.js with the new file linked below.

    File: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-60khQg0XJUOnK2udujkO6lAKltMkZFK/view?usp=sharing

We will provide a fix for this in the next update, so you won’t have to worry about this issue arising again in the future. We hope this fix works well for you.

We look forward to hearing back from you.

    Thank You

    Best Regards,
    Fauzan, Jegstudio Support.

    Hello @projoe,

We checked your site again, and the Anchor Menu is working properly. Could you please check it again?

When you make changes and they are not applied, it’s possible that the issue is caused by cache in your site or browser. Here are a few things you can do to resolve it:

    1) Clear the cache on your site if applicable. Cache can come from WordPress (usually plugins), the server, or CDNs like Cloudflare. Make sure to clear the cache in all these areas if applicable.

    2) Clear the browser cache (Cookies & Site Data) for the specific site. For an easier approach, you can also check in a private/incognito browser window, try a different browser, or use another device.

    We hope this answer helps.

    Thank You
