Anchor links automatically tagged nofollow

Hi,

As per my title, I’m having an issue with anchor links in LuckyWP ToC automatically tagged as nofollow noreferrer noopener. I understand that there’s a setting to do that — but I have made sure that I left the setting unchecked.

I have suspicion that it may be caused by either the source code or other plugins, and I’m looking to see if anyone else has encountered this issue.

There are also several things that I’ve done:

• Reinstalled the plugin
• Tried other ToC plugins — same outcome
