Anchor Link with Multiple Accordion and Tabs

I am VERY new at html and the like. I am working on a website and can’t figure out how to do something.

I have sliders running on my homepage. I want someone who clicks on a slider to go to the third tab in the second section of a horizontal accordion section.

Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated!
