Anchor Link popup doesn’t work

Hello.

You didn’t insert a shortcode [Wow-Modal-Windows id=1] into page content

Hi

I don’t understand. Where and why exactly do I need to add that shortcode?
I just want to open a modal window when I click on the link that contains that shortcode.

I am just not getting…

How to create a Modal window?

• Click Add new to create your first modal window
• Setup your modal window
• Click Save
• Copy and paste the shortcode, such as [Wow-Modal-Windows id=1], to where you want the modal window to appear. For Example: insert shortcode [Wow-Modal-Windows id=1] into a page/post content
• If you want it to appear everywhere on your site, you can insert it for example in your header.php, like this: <?php echo do_shortcode(‘[Wow-Modal-Windows id=1]’);?>
• If you want to insert the shortcode into a widget, use this plugin

The modal window should appear once we click on a text link.

If I add the shortcode into the link shouldn’t it open the modal window?

Superb. I understand now the point of having the shortcode in the page. Ok, the modal is opening now.

However, I added a Youtube link to the modal and when it opens it shows the URL instead of the video itself.

Is it possible to have a video opening in auto-play when the popup opens?
