Anchor link not working properly

    In one of my shop pages I have an internal anchor link which is https://trucosyastucias.com/munecos-personalizados-crochet#precios that is not working. It’s accesed by several “Más información” buttons on the beggining of the samge page, and it used to work just fine, although some times it would be displayed before or after the anchor actually is. But since some time ago (months, even more) it’s not working at all, it just send the user to the top of the page.

    I have another internal anchor link which is https://trucosyastucias.com/munecos-personalizados-crochet#formulario that is not linked anywhere on the page, that works just fine.

    I have been trying to figure this out for a long time but I don’t grasp what’s wrong. Could you please help me on this?

  • Hi,

    Is this happening when she is coming from the other page on the page with anchor widget or this is happeingin on the same page. Menu Anchors are only supported when used on the same page. Link anchors on different pages may not work properly and are not supported.

    Hi! Yes, it’s on the same page, I explained that. I also explained where are the links located (the buttons with the link and the anchor itself): “It’s accesed by several “Más información” buttons on the beggining of the same page”.

    Also, I’m not sure about the thing you say of the anchors only working if it’s linked in the same page, because it works in the second example.

    Could you please check on why is it not working properly?
