Anchor link not working for sub-menu item

Hi,

I have looked around in this forum for this issue. It seems like some people have faced this, but there was no conclusive solution that I found for this issue.

I am trying to link sub-menu items in my wordpress site to certain anchor links. Everything seems to be fine in the code but the the link doesn’t jump to the correct location. It always redirects to another menu item.

Please help figure this out.
