Anchor Link Active color after update

    Hello, i have some anchor link in my main menu who send to various section on the home page, after the update to 3.6 they have changed color , like they are always active link page.

    I don’t know how solve this… i tried with css but i changed the normal page link too and wasn’t the correct behaviour i want

    i’m back to 3.5.8 where they work correctly, if someone can help me , i will update again
