Anchor link

  • Since the home page is a little long, I was hoping to use anchor links to make it easier to navigate. However I found instructions on how to do this for a regular page, but I don’t know how to do it for the home page elements.

    Ie. I want to make a link in the top menu that takes me straight to the services section on the home page.

    For your custom links for the sections on the homepage you need to go to your menu and add Custom Links to your menu. Appearance > Menus > click on your main menu > add a new custom link and add if you want to add an anchor link to your Portfolio (for example) > you will need to add #portfolio and a slash before #
    like so: /#portfolio
    and save.
    For slider is #slider, #main for the page content, #team, #services, #features, #clients, #tagline.
