Anchor Javacsript not working in chrome only…

Hi there, so this is a weird one… I have a wordpress site that I built, where it’s supposed to have sliding anchors. It works fine in every browser, BUT chrome.

This page has the source code for it… when you take the source code and just test it locally on your computer, it works fine… just not when actually uploaded to the web. Does anyone know what could be causing the issue?

To better explain – if you click on the anchor links on the left side, it’s supposed to slide to the anchor point. But in chrome it doesn’t do anything. However, if you take the source code and run it locally on your machine, it works fine in chrome. weird.
