Anchor in menu

Hello everybody !
I’m Adeline, a French women who try to create a little website for myself, to win visibility in my self employment like a personnal coach.
Please, I need your help.
I created my one page site with the flash theme.
I created a menu with anchors that leads to the different sections of my one page.
However, for several weeks I have had a problem, my anchors work once on quetre or not at all.
My menu links disappear when I hover over the menu.

I tried to start creating a menu again, changing my anchors, nothing to do, it does not work.

Have any of you encountered this problem?
Will someone please help me and give me the reason for this bug?
