Anchor Back to ToC

I would like to place an anchor at the end of each section (right before the next heading). The anchor will bring user back to the ToC so that they don’t have to scroll all the way up to choose another section to read.

I’ve tried to use the id ‘#ez-toc-container’ but didn’t work and causes the ToC to disappear totally.

Any suggestions?

BTW, awesome plugin I wouldn’t mind paying if there’s a premium version.
