Analytis tracking code failed installation by Monsterinsights

I have contacted with analytics support and told me the analytics tracking code has not been installed properly by monsterinsights (I used this for inslattion) on my home page on my website.

I do have double visitors on my Search Console compare to the analytics data. That’s why I contacted them.

Would love help because with out good data, there is nothing to do.
