Hello @pureprod,

The first thing that came to my mind is a problem with the Action Scheduler but I can see you’ve deleted that part from the system status report.

Please navigate to WooCommerce > Status → Scheduled Actions to see if any stuck processes are preventing the updated information from being imported.

Hi, there is a lot a process, which one should I look for ?

Also, the report i show is an example and is from august so data should be already imported and not updated ?

Thanks for sending the system report.

To isolate the issue, you can perform a conflict test.

• Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
• Go to WooCommerce analytics again, check if the issue persists

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the culprit You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
