On my variations report in WC Analytics, it is showing all the product titles but not the variation names next to them. It does show them when I download a report CSV file.
I am using Fooevents so each product is an event ticket and I made several variations for the different tiers.
I understand that you are facing an issue with the Variations report in Analytics, where it displays all the product titles but not the variation names next to them. However, you mentioned that the variation names are visible when you download the report as a CSV file.
I replicated the scenario on my personal site running on the default Storefront theme, however, I am unable to reproduce the issue on my end. As you can see below, I am seeing the data under the SKU column,
Can you please try the steps below and see if it resolves the issue?
WooCommerce > Status > Tools >Clear Analytics Cache
Otherwise, it looks like a third-party plugin or your theme might be causing the conflict here.
For us to investigate this further, can you please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce plugin is enabled, repeat the steps above and see if this works?
If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this guide without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.
If this was caused by a third-party plugin present on your site, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.
If this did not resolve the issue, please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.
You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.
If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.
It seems to be an issue with WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency as it happens when this plugin as activated. I need to use WPML in my website so I can’t disable it so I am not sure what the next steps are.
I’m glad to hear that you have managed to identify the culprit ??
Kindly note that this forum is dedicated to support related to WooCommerce core, and support for third-party plugins/themes is outside our scope of support.
Since the issue is being caused by the WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency plugin, I’d suggest reaching out to their plugins support for further help with this.
