    Hello i found out that in my website the google analytics values of the checkout are not tracked because of a custom redirection by the plugin “yith custom redirection”. I wrote to the plugin support and they suggested me to ask to your support if it could be possible to use the gtag into this action: do_action( ‘yith_ctpw_successful_ac’);

    Hi @matteodb,

    Thanks for creating this topic.

    The plugin “Enhanced Ecommerce Google Analytics Plugin for WooCommerce” out of the box supports tracking on store/pages which follow standard WooCommerce implementation.

    Since you have a custom checkout implementation in place tracking at checkout is not working.

    Customization in the free version is out of the scope however to help you with the requirement we can offer a solution through a different version.

    Further, we would have writtent more about the solution but we are restricted by WordPress policies and if the communication mode would have been other one then it would have been easier.

    Hope you understand our limitation here.

    Thanks & Regards,
    Tatvic Analytics.

    Hi @matteodb,

    It is possible but the solution can’t be discussed here due to forum policies.

    Regards,
    Tatvic Analytics.
