Analytics Tab on Single Category

Hey guys on analyticcs tab for single category im getting the below, any advise? all the other filtering on the analytics are working fine. I have disable all the plugins adn use a default theme but the problem still exist

From what I understand, you’re encountering an issue with the Analytics tab for a single category, specifically displaying “No data for the selected date range”. Even after disabling all plugins and switching to a default theme, the problem continues.

Let’s start by making sure that the system pulls data based on the date the order was created. Here’s how to do that:

1. Head over to your WooCommerce dashboard, and then go to Analytics → Settings.
2. Scroll down until you find the ‘Date type‘ option.
3. From the dropdown menu, choose ‘Date Created‘.

Next, let’s clear any lingering data that could be causing a glitch:

1. Go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools.
2. Look for the option labeled ‘Clear analytics cache.’
3. Click on ‘Clear all.’

Once you’ve cleared the analytics cache, it’s time to synchronize your old orders with the system:

1. Still, in the Tools section, find and click on ‘Reimporting Historical Data.’

If this doesn’t fix the issue, could you share some more details? Specifically, we’d like to know if this issue is occurring with all categories or only a specific one. Additionally, please let us know if this issue is happening with a specific date range or across all ranges.

Additionally, sharing your site’s System Status report will give us a better understanding of your site’s setup and help us identify the problem. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

Hey thanks for your reply. I have clear the analytics cache and reimport but the problem still exist. The analytics > categories working with all the categoires option only if i try to select any of the single category i’m getting no data

Just to clarify, no data is displayed when any Single category is selected, and regardless of the date range, or otherwise?

I went ahead with testing this with a test installation of mine, and it works as expected. Below is a screenshot, for reference:
