Analytics stopped working

My WC analytics appears to have stop working on the 11th October. Orders are showing, but there is no collated data in performance. Have had some advice from the WC support team but they just don’t seem to understand the issue and are giving me not-particularly helpful advice. I have also heard there is a wider issue going on with this particular problem…
