    Hi,

After manually adding an order (WooCommerce > Orders > Add Order) the WooCommerce Analytics stopped reporting new orders.

I tried clearing the analytics cache in WooCommerce > Status > Tools.

If I go to Analytics > Settings and scroll down to the “Import historical data” I see there are registered customers and orders in the past 24 hours that can be imported.

But when I click “Start” to import, it just gets stuck on “Importing Customers” and after 2 minutes I get “Something went wrong with the importation process” error.

In the logs (WooCommerce > Status > Logs) there are no logs for fatal errors for today, so nothing was logged for the import. Anywhere else I can check for info about what caused the importation process error.

Update: Fixed. There was a stuck scheduled task (WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions) so everything else was waiting for that task to finish so the queue can go on.
