Analytics stop gathering data

    hi there!

    May 21st, my woocommerce analytics stop gathering data, nothing in the analytics screen and nothing newer in the database. The analytics rebuild tool is just spinning without progress.

    the console reports the following errors:

    1. sprintf error: Error: [sprintf] mixing positional and named placeholders is not (yet) [email protected]:2

    2. Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 ()

    3. Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 400 ()

    What should we try?

    Hi @prokops,

    This is unusual, and it may mean something else is interfering with your site. On May 21st, we released WooCommerce 8.9.1. Maybe one of your plugins is not fully compatible with it, and it’s interfering.

    In the meantime, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report?which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    • Fatal error logs?(if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
