Analytics showing “self”referrals with google-analyticator?

I installed analyticator on a client’s website so he could use his own UID, and he just emailed me saying his analytics is showing referrals from the site itself under the traffic sources. It’s like it’s tracking users clicking on the menu within the site as a traffic source.

Is this a common thing with this plugin? How do I fix it?
