    Hi,

For the past couple of weeks the main analytics screen, where it shows:

    Top categories – Items sold

only one is an actual category, the rest seem to be product tag names. Also, if I then click on the Categories menu item under Analytics on the left hand side menu, I only get one category name displaying and spinning circles for the rest i.e. they don’t load.

Any ideas how to fix this?

    Thanks

    Dan

I’ve tried to disable all plugins other than Woocommerce and I still get the same results…

    Hi @dankuwp

    Thank you for reaching out!

I tried to reproduce the issue on my end, but was unable to. Here is a screenshot of the Overview page: https://d.pr/i/8pt2Jf

Also, when I click on the Categories menu, the categories are loading without any issue. Here is a screenshot for that: https://d.pr/i/0e6Uyw

In order for us to get a better understanding of your site setup, could you please share a copy of your website’s System Status Report?

You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.

    Looking forward to your response.

Same issue here. This happened after the update to the latest version of woo. I guess something went wrong with the database. All the rest of the analytics is correct, except Categories. I downgraded woo but the problem persisted. Not to blame the theme or plugins.

    Hi @dankuwp

Would it be possible for you to clear your analytics cache and rerun your analytics import? This would help us assess the problem further.

This can be done at WooCommerce > Status > Tools_

    Clear Analytics cache tool
    Link to image: https://d.pr/i/9uiwyl

As suggested in the tools tab, if clearing the cache does not help, could you try clearing and reimporting your analytics data? This process is described in our documentation here.

Please let us know how that worked for you, and we’ll be happy to assist with the next steps in the troubleshooting process.
