    Hi Team,

I am trying to download report from Woocommerce analytics section and could see the message that “Your Revenue Report will be emailed to you.” but no email is being received to either of the admin emails (tried from both the logins)

When the report data length is less than 25-100 rows the report is getting generated then & there & I am able to download but when I try for more records the same doesn’t happen.

Could someone help in fixing this? I wanted the sales/revenue report for the last 1,3,6,9 & 12 months separately which includes customer info.

Strange part is that the CSVs generated when analytics generates reports in the wp-content/uploads folder are also not seen.

Does this mean the report itself not generated?

    Thanks
    Shashikant

    Hi @shashikant91,

    Thanks for writing back.

What I understand from reading previous comments is that report emails are not being generated, right?

I have tried by installing the WP Mail Logging.
But unfortunately even after 15-20min there is no email logged in the list pertaining to this report.

WooCommerce is not responsible for this as emails use the WordPress PHP mail() function. Please contact your email hosting provider and they should be able to check the logs and figure out why those report emails are not getting generated and sent.

Just to add, we have an Email Troubleshooting guide that may also come in handy in this case: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/email-faq/.

There’s also a tutorial on WordPress not sending emails that may be useful:

    Best.
