    Hello –

When comparing my January 2019 sales to January 2020 using the Analytics plugin, I noticed that the sales for 2019 seemed wrong. On further investigation, I see that there is a sale on January 29th, 2019 that should be $115.01 but is showing as $413.50. Fortunately, when I run a report for the same time in regular Woocommerce reporting, the sale shows correctly- so the issue is with the Analytics plugin.

I have gone through all sales for that month, and do not see any pending, held, returned or deleted/trashed sales that might be causing the issue. I cannot think what else might be causing the glitch.

Since I have been using the Analytics dashboard to track our Y/Y growth, it is disconcerting to see an error like this – I’m now concerned that there are more errors that I haven’t found. For now, I’ll go back to using regular Woocommerce reporting and do my projections manually – but any help you can give me to get this resolved would be great. Thanks!
