Analytics not working

    Analytics are not working for an Auto Open popup. I have a Scroll popup, and that one it is recording the number of times opened.

    Any suggestions? Thanks

    Sorry you’re having difficulties, I’m sure we can this resolved.

    Is this regarding the Analytics Extension, or the free analytics included for free? If this is for the extension, please contact us via our Support Portal, as we’re not allowed to support paid products on this forum, per WP guidelines.
