    Hi there,

Make sure that the goal URL is entered incorrectly.

To determine if the goal URL is entered incorrectly, copy the URL in the Goal URL field and paste it in the search box of either the Pages report or the URL goals report.

When Analytics identifies a conversion via your configured goal, it ignores the domain name entirely. Therefore, you may remove the domain name entirely and still have a valid goal URL. For example, if your goal is https://www.mysite.com/1/thanks.html, you can safely use /1/thanks.html as your goal URL.

If you selected Regular Expression Match as the Match Type for your goal, you need to escape periods with a backslash (e.g., /1/thanks\.html). Learn more about regular expressions.

    Have a good day!

    Thanks for your reply @anasmouaziz

Yep wording is correct for the link – it seems that it was being tracked to a certain date (although the data is incorrect) but anything within the last 2 weeks has not been tracked. See the shared screenshots below

Thank you for providing more information.

Try to visit the page and make sure your visit is registered, using the Real-time tab in Analytics.

Then see if a goal is triggered from your visit.

It is worth checking if you recently added any filters to the GA View?

Is the goal still set to active in the GA goal config section of the interface?
Is there any change in the conversion action? Like the form not directing to the same conversion page, it was before? Or does the order confirmation page have any recent changes?

I have done multiple test product purchases over the last couple of days and nothing was tracked from the analytics side – It seems the actual page itself is just not being tracked at all

I can see that this is very important for your business, I’ve checked your thank you page the Google Analytics code is there, it’s weird that it detects nothing, try to give it a try with Incognito Mode, to make sure that there is no caching issue.

Also, I think GA support will have more information about this kind of issue.

    Best regards
    Anas

Thanks for all your help, have contacted GA multiple times but they are awful at following up.

    Thanks,
    Leno
