    There are other support topics the same as what I am about to report but they are closed and not sure if my comments will get seen. Hence I’m raising a new topic…

    The list of products in the analytics menu is not displayed, instead it is just greyed boxes. The graphs appear to be working though. Same issue with products. Ive not looked at the other reports. No errors are presented and nothing in the fatal error log corresponding to this.

    I note from other issues raised that this was a bug and that a new release was expected. I’m running wordpress 4.2.2. Is this the updated version?

    Another topic recommended the installation of the stand alone WC admin plugin. How do I know if I have the stand alone WC Admin plugin? I installed it as follows on 2nd July
    1.Log in to your WordPress dashboard.
    2. Go to: Plugins > Add New.
    3. Enter “WooCommerce Admin” in the Search field, and view details about its point release, the rating and description.
    4. Select “Install Now” when you’re ready.

    Apparently it is the version updated three weeks ago

  • Hi @beckyhowers. Thanks for the detailed explanation of your issue and what you’ve already tried. I assume you were referring to WooCommerce 4.2.2 and not WordPress 4.2.2, but I would definitely recommend updating either at this point if you haven’t already. The newest version of WooCommerce is 4.3.1, and the newest version of WordPress is 5.4.2. Are you still seeing the problem?
