analytics.js loading even when not connected

    Hi there @alextester,

    Thanks for reaching out. Whether you’re using Tag Manager or whether your add your Google Analytics snippet manually or using Site Kit the analytics.js script will load on your site. The script is required if you want your site to be tracked via Google Analytics. As per this screenshot you’ll notice it’s your Google Tag Manager container that’s requesting the analytics.js script in this case.
