Hello Support, we have updated to the latest version today.

We can see the refunded orders are not retrieving using advanced filter after we updated the plugin. Please see:

But if we choose the order status specifically and then refunds are showing. Please see below:

Why is it like that? Why Refund orders are not showing when we opt for Refunds directly like in the first screenshot. Please look into this.

We are using latest version and it was working before.

  • Hi @shyamzin

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that refunded orders are not being displayed under Analytics when you filter using Advanced Filters and this has happened after the update, correct?

Can you please try the steps below and see if it resolves the issue?

    • Analytics > Settings > Date type – set to Date Created
    • WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Clear Analytics Cache
    • Import Historical Data

Otherwise, please re-share the images above as it only displays a blank square on my end.

Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

    Thanks!

    Hello @xue28

Thanks for the reply, that change did the trick. Its working fine now. May i know why this Date Type feature is introduced and the reason behind that? I believe all users will be facing the same issue.

Please let us know. Waiting for your response.

    Hi,

May i know why this Date Type feature is introduced and the reason behind that? I believe all users will be facing the same issue.

The developers are working into the issue to find the reason and to implement a permanent solution. For example, one issue related to the date type field reported to the developers is https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/37785

I really do not have the ETA to know when this will be completely fixed, but I can inform you that the team is aware and working on it.

    I hope this provides clarity.
