After updating the plugin, analytics was not displayed correctly. In the “Orders” and “Revenue” sections, only orders with the status “Completed” are displayed. Orders with the “Pending” status are not visible in analytics
I understand the pending orders are not visible in the analytics revenue and order sections.
In WooCommerce, an order can have different statuses such as Completed, Pending, Processing, etc. When you’re viewing your analytics data (such as orders, products, or customers statistics) there might be certain order statuses that you don’t want to include in your analysis or reports. They are called “excluded statuses“.
An “Excluded Status” in WooCommerce Analytics Settings refers to the order status(es) that you choose to exclude from your analytics reports – In other words, orders with an excluded status won’t be considered while calculating the data for your analytics. By excluding specific statuses, you can obtain a more accurate representation of your store’s performance based on the criteria you wish to focus on.
To configure which statuses you’d like to exclude, simply follow these steps:
1. Go to your WordPress Dashboard. 2. Click on Analytics > Settings. 3. You’ll find a section called “Excluded Statuses”. Here you can select the order statuses you’d like to exclude from the analytics reports. 4. Make sure to save.
May I ask, can you check under WooCommerce > analytics > settings and let me know what are your excluded statuses? I am asking because by default, orders with non-excluded statuses are listed.
I was checking on my site, I create a pending payment order, and when filtering into the Analytics > orders section you can see the pending payment orders, is it like this on your end?
The new version has totally altered all my reports – they make no sense. I also noticed that even in last years reports it gives me some weird results.
This is because the default reports are now based on the date the orders were paid rather than when they were created.
I wonder why you did this without informing the users in an explicit way.

I understand you are experiencing the same issue and since every site is different and you’re not the person who originally started this topic then, per the forum guidelines, would you please start your own topic?
Additionally, please include your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
Once you’ve created a new forum topic, you can include the contents of your SSR and logs within your message on that forum topic.
