How can you separate and display the analytics for only the logged in user and the products they create and own. Instead of showing analytics for the entire store as the administrator.

    Hey @dnicinski,

    Thanks for reaching out!

To better understand, is this for a marketplace site? Are you looking for Analytical data to only be displayed for vendors for their created/sold products?

While not a direct analytics tool, the Customer / Order CSV Export extension allows you to export customer and order data. You can potentially use this data to analyze sales based on product ownership by customers.

Alternatively, you can do a Google search for a plugin that can help you achieve this, since this is not a built-in feature of WooCommerce core.

    Hope this helps!

Yes correct, we are you looking for Analytical data to only be displayed for different users for their created/sold products. We want to use the existing WooCommerce Analytics section with all the features it offers.

We are not looking to use additional extensions or plugins. We just want to use the existing Analytics sections. We just want to use what we already see for different logged in users so they can only see the products they own. Not all products.

    Hi @dnicinski

Thanks for your confirmation that you are referring to the built-in WooCommerce Analytics tool here.

To achieve your goal of displaying analytical data only for specific users and their created/sold products, you’ll need to customize the WooCommerce Analytics functionality. Unfortunately, this can’t be done directly through the existing WooCommerce Analytics section without using additional plugins or extensions.

The default WooCommerce Analytics section doesn’t have the feature to limit the visibility of products to their respective owners. It’s designed to provide a comprehensive view of all products to the admin or authorized users.

    Hope this helps!

Can you suggest anything to customize the WooCommerce Analytics functionality?

    Hi @dnicinski,

To customize the WooCommerce Analytics functionality, you’ll need to hire a developer or use a service like Codeable.io. Customizing the analytics functionality in this way would involve altering the core code of WooCommerce, which is beyond the scope of support that we can provide.

Please note that any modifications made to the WooCommerce core code can potentially create conflicts with future updates and other plugins. Therefore, it’s essential to work with a skilled developer who can create a child theme or plugin to implement these changes safely.

I wish I could help more, but hopefully, this gets you going in the right direction to get the job done.
