    Since yesterday, I can no longer choose a different date range in the Analytics menu. I can click the dropdown, and the arrow toggles direction to show its open, but no options appear. I do not see any of the preset ranges, nor an option to choose a custom rang

    I have already cleared the analytics cache and tried different browsers (PC using Edge and Chrome) . The problem remains. Edit: The dropdown works as expected after logging in on my phone (Android using Edge) and on a Mac using Safari

    Appreciate any suggestions!

    This seems to be an unusual issue, especially since it’s working on your phone and Mac.

    You’ve already done great troubleshooting by clearing the analytics cache and testing different browsers.

    Now, I’d suggest you to check if your browsers (Edge and Chrome) on your PC are updated to the latest versions. Outdated versions sometimes cause compatibility issues.

    If the problem persists even after updating, please try disabling any browser extensions one by one, as some extensions can interfere with website functionalities.

    Yeah, I’ve done some further testing and confirmed it also works as expected on another PC. I agree it must be something with this particular machine. Marking this as resolved.
