On the website https://www.nationalrockreview.com we have many user roles. We are having two issues with Google Analytics WD (version 1.1.8) which may be related.

    1) When trying to select which roles can be defined for the “Backend plugin permissons”, we can select either “Administrator” or all roles. Any attempt to select a subset of roles will “Save”, but when the screen refreshes, all roles are again selected.

    2) We are trying to display the Analytics Dashboard to select groups of roles (Administrator and Senior Editor). However, the Analytics Dashboard is only displayed to the Administrator. I thought it might be because “Senior Editor” was a custom role, so I tried assigning a “standard” WordPress role to the user – still no luck showing the Analytics Dashboard if the user is not an administrator.

I have screenshot if you need it, but don’t know how to upload it to you.

  • Hi,

Please, be informed that the issue may be because of the conflict with some other plugin (for example some security plugin).

Could you please post the list of the plugin that you are using? So that we see whether there is any plugin that may cause the error.

    Thanks. Have a wonderful day.

Disabling WordFence had no effect on the issue. I will send an email. Thank you!
