Analytics cookies only set 3 pages later

Hello, thanks for a great free plugin, which I found by looking to see what is used on French government websites! Just one thing isn’t working quite as expected. It takes navigating to about 3 pages before the analytics cookies are set. I would expect them to appear on the second page load?
