That’s how the analytics site looks right now since the last update.

    Hi there,

Thanks for getting in touch. I’m sorry to hear about this error.

Could you try deleting and then re-installing Independent Analytics? Doing so won’t remove any of your analytics data. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, please try temporarily deactivating the other plugins on your site and see if this helps. If it resolves the error, you can reactivate each one of the plugins until the error returns to find where the conflict is coming from.

I need the other plugins, reinstalling and installing again did not work. Also the plugin is not counting correctly anymore, it shows wrong data for the last few days. I don’t know what you changed, but I can’t use the plugin anymore, if this error is not resolved :/

Thank you for trying that. Can you try deleting the following folder: wp-content/plugins/independent-analytics-pro/template-cache

The files in that folder will regenerate themselves the next time the Analytics menu is viewed.

Okay, I did this in wp-content/plugins/independent-analytics/temp/, since I don’t use the Pro version. Still, it did not work.

I’m sorry to hear that didn’t work.
