Analytics and Reports with Different Data

Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.

I understand you’re trying to pull sales data using the REST API, but the information retrieved matches the old Reports panel instead of the Analytics panel. You also mentioned that recent sales show up in Analytics, but the Reports panel and API return zero sales.

Is this problem consistent for different periods?
Please check different options like the last 7 days, last month, and a custom range.

I checked my test site and I see correct information in both the Reports panel and Analytics panel.

Could you navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Tools?
Look for the option to Reimport Historical Data, it can help resolve missing or inaccurate values in the Analytics reports.

To help you further, I’d like to understand more about your setup.
Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status Report?
You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

Thank you for sharing the additional information and your System Status Report. After reviewing the report, I noticed that your Store base, Cart, Checkout, and My Account pages are missing and no longer exist.

It seems like the page IDs are still there, but the pages have been deleted, which could be causing a conflict. This also raises the question of how users are able to complete the checkout process if the page is missing.

Additionally, I saw that you have several addons installed on your site. To help diagnose the issue, could you try a conflict test by disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce and see if the problem persists? If it does, please switch to the Storefront theme and check again.

I suspect that one of your plugins might be causing a conflict.

I run many WooCommerce installations and it seems that the WooCommerce Reports is not working on the latest ones.

Is it possible to retrieve ANALYTICS (not reports) information through API?

Even though the WooCommerce Reports was deprecated with the release of WooCommerce 4.0 in March 2020, it still works fine with the latest WooCommerce version and HPOS.
I have confirmed this by testing it on my site with default settings. I also shared a Reports panel screenshot in my last message which shows the same data as Analytics.

Retrieving the newer analytics data introduced in WooCommerce Admin isn’t natively supported through the standard REST API endpoints.
