Analytics cookie setup problem

    Hi,

    I added the Google Analytics script to the plugin category, within the plugin dashboard.
    The Analytics category is disabled by default. In spite of this setup, the script load, before I accepted any cookie on the website.

    It is sure, that the script is added only via Coocie plugin.

    Please be so kind and help me, what is wrong.
