  • Hello.

    We’re still using this plugin from 6 months now, we’ve send around 50.000 emails using the mailgun smtp.
    We’ve problems with the statistics. The clicks are always really less than the real clicks.
    They’re max. 0, 1 or 2, but we know that they’re more.

    How is the best way for having reliable statistics with ALO Easymail?

    Hi panbagnat, you can use Google Analytics. You can enable the utm vars for links in newsletters in plugin settings (Newsletters > Settings > tab Newsletter > Appends campaign variables to links) and see the report in Google Analytics.

    It’s already like that.

    Do I must turn off the pixel tracking?

    Mmm no, the pixel tracking should not affect the link trackings.
