    Hi Support,

We dont know why, but the analytical data is not showed.
    He showed that this error:
“There was an error getting your stats. Try again.”

Besides that he is showing the correct amounts, the sold products etc.

What could be causing this? Do we need to install Jetpack for this?
    We running on version 4.7.1.

    Thank you in advance.

    Jerry

  • Hi @jerbnl,

We’ve seen a few cases where caching, security plugin restricting access to the WP REST API and firewall rules caused an issue like this.

    Here’s what I’d recommend:

    1. If you have a caching plugin installed, I’d recommend temporarily disabling the plugin, then check to see if the issue persists.

    2. If you’re using a security plugin, go through its settings and ensure it’s properly setup – you could also try disabling it temporarily.

    3. Follow this guide to do a conflict test: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

Please try the following recommendations and if you need further assistance, please share your system status report so we can help further.

You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here.

    Cheers!
