    Problems (3)
Consecutive sentences: The text contains 9 instances where 3 or more consecutive sentences start with the same word. Try to mix things up!

Subheading distribution: 1 section of your text is longer than 300 words and is not separated by any subheadings. Add subheadings to improve readability.

Transition words: Only 2.5% of the sentences contain transition words, which is not enough. Use more of them.

I am concerned that Yoast plugin might be misinterpreting wordpress html element as text? It seems like Yoast might be calculating the 2.5% and taking into account the html tags.

    Hey @spartaleen,

Thank you for using Yoast SEO and for reaching out!

I understand that you have a few concerns about Yoast SEO finding the correct content which you’re writing. Can you please let us know if you are using the native block editor in WordPress, or if you are using a 3rd party page builder? If the latter, please know that our analysis will only work with content that the developers output to our analysis. They have to integrate with us through our API, as explained here: https://yoast.com/help/is-the-plugin-compatible-with-xyz-visual-page-builder/

Hi Jeroen, I am not sure the answer to that, but we are using Uncode wordpress theme and the frontend editor to design the page. However, when I edit the post with WordPress natively to see the SEO score and readability analysis, I believe the following code is being interpreted as text:

    [vc_row row_height_percent="0" override_padding="yes" h_padding="2" top_padding="2" bottom_padding="0" overlay_alpha="50" gutter_size="3" column_width_percent="100" shift_y="0" z_index="0" uncode_shortcode_id="552631"][vc_column column_width_percent="100" align_horizontal="align_center" gutter_size="3" overlay_alpha="50" shift_x="0" shift_y="0" shift_y_down="0" z_index="0" medium_width="0" mobile_width="0" width="1/1" uncode_shortcode_id="320457"][vc_custom_heading heading_semantic="h1" text_size="h1" sub_lead="yes" sub_reduced="yes" uncode_shortcode_id="154958" subheading="LOT 32"]

Also, an observation I made… that this behavior is only happening for Posts. For Pages, the analysis works fine.

Keyphrase in introduction: Your keyphrase or its synonyms do not appear in the first paragraph. Make sure the topic is clear immediately.

Although, if you check the page, the first row is an H1 tag wtih the focus keyphrase. Could you please advise why the analysis is not accurate on my posts?

    Hello @spartaleen

The Yoast SEO plugin analyzes the default WordPress content areas like the title, URL, and the main content box (WordPress editor).

I assume you’re referring to Uncode WordPress theme; it has an enhanced version of the famous WPBakery Page Builder. As such, our plugin may not be able to detect your content by default. Currently, we are compatible with the Elementor page builder.

Although our plugin does not detect your content and shows an incorrect analysis report, this does not affect how search engines crawl and analyze your site. Search engines process the front end of your site and will detect your content.
