    Good morning.

    Since a few days ago analysis does not count the orders correctly. I attach a screenshot of today where you can clearly see how the 15 orders marked above do not coincide with the 6 real ones.

    Yesterday the opposite happened, it counted less.

  • Hi, please go to Analytics > Settings and make sure that Data type is selected, then save settings.

    It helped me to solve this issue on 2 sites.

    Hi Madern, thank you for your reply. I have tried deleting all the historical data, the cache, resetting everything to default and re-importing and it is still wrong. I don’t know what it can be. Thanks

    I do not have this option. I am running the latest version of woocommerce.

    I can see you have this options but in Spain I guess ??

    You must change from Eligo un tipo de fetcha to something else ??

    Oops, sorry, I feel like an idiot. Now I have given to import with that option on, when I finish I will leave here if it has worked for me. Thank you very much.

    You don’t have to re-import, just chose something and save settings and it should work ??
