Analitycs does not collect data well

Thanks for getting in touch @jouymj, and for providing your feedback. From reviewing your site, I can see your have a consent management plugin active and a caching plugin that is adding to the Site Kit placed Google Analytics snippet. Configurations with these plugins can impacting reporting. I also don’t see any consent granted after I click on the “accept” button on your site, added to the consent status defaulting to denied. This leads me to suspect that while Site Kit is configured correctly, you may need to review your Consent Management and LiteSpeed cache configurations.

To troubleshoot this further, please share the following:

1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.??
2. Has this started to occur recently, with no recent traffic only? If so, from when did data appear?
3. Can you share whether you see traffic from the Google Analytics real time reporting tool if you temporarily disable your consent management plugin and also LiteSpeed cache?

Regarding the differences between Search Console and Google Analytics, these are different services. It’s normal that there may be significant differences. For example the impressions refer to how many times your site came up on Google Search results, but users may have not click on your site. They’ll only register in Google Analytics once they visit your site.

From reviewing the details I don’t see any problem with the Site Kit placed snippet, and I can see your have your consent management plugin deactivated. To troubleshoot or check for any potential issues, please share the following:

1. Are you encountering zero traffic in Analytics for the past while, or just a significant drop in traffic? Feel free to share a recording of your experience when visiting the Site Kit dashboard, and also when clicking on the ”Source: Analytics” link within the dashboard to Analytics. You can use a service such as Loom to share a screen recording, while using the same form previously used to share this privately.?
2. Can you share whether you see traffic from the Google Analytics real time reporting tool, while visiting your site when not logged in? Visiting while not being logged in is important, as the default configuration with Site Kit is to not include logged in traffic.

The traffic has fallen drastically since August 5, but in analytics, people continue to enter the website, but analytics does not recognize it. In real time I enter from several mobile phones and the visits do not appear.

Sorry to hear that @jouymj. I checked your site once more and it looks like site visits are being recognized via the tagassistant.google.com service, although consent is defaulting to denied. As it looks like you don’t have consent mode active via Site Kit, but you are using WooCommerce Analytics on your site, with a consent mention, please share an updated version of your Site Health information and I can check this further.

You may also wish to check the Analytics real time reporting tool once more after temporarily deactivating any consent feature within that alternative Google Analytics feature.

While we’re limited to Site Kit queries here, and unable to assist with any loss of traffic previously, your site is recording visits now in Analytics.
