• I am trying to download a plugin but when I click “Add New” all that comes up is a message saying “an unknown error occurred”

    Anyone else with this issue?

  • Yes- this has been going on for about 2-3 weeks now for me as well. And many of my plug-ins are not showing up in my footer as originally worked up until a few weeks ago. Please advise- I am not a web developer and not very savvy with web development.

    agu101 I am not either! I would think it was something internal and not something we are doing wrong. Any ideas on what to do next to try and fix this?

    Your not alone – its an issue for me too – and very much impacting my daily work I do on my site. The only other posts I see on this are from years ago and I really don’t understand the fixes.
