    Hi there,

    When anyone goes to add a review to this page: they get the above error message. I should point out the review still goes through to ‘pending’ but doesn’t email me to let me know there’s one pending.

    For clarity here are to the answers to your questions:

    What version the plugin are you using? 3.0.8 Lite
    What version of WordPress are you using? 4.4.2
    What theme are you using? KLEO
    Is this a new installation or has it been working for a while? New installation and never worked without this message
    Have you recently upgraded the plugin? No, just to the zip file https://competelab.fogbugz.com/default.asp?W2

    Hi there,

    I’m getting the same issue as Lenny1975 above.

    But mine seems to be a browser error but I’m not sure. If I do a test review using Firefox – there are no problems. If though I do a test review using Chrome or IE I get a message: An unknown error has occurred. EO1 (1 post). Despite there being an error message – the test review works fine. Having said that – the customers to our site: https://reglazeglasses4u.co.uk/testimonials.html have been confused. Some of them have been kind enough to ring us to let us know that they don’t understand how to put a review on.
