    Hi! I started to compress images on my website. Unfortunately, I get the message “An unexpected response was received from the server. More information has been logged in the browser console” once in a while.

    Also, amount of completed images stays the same for quite a long time now.

    Please could you share the log file from the WP-Optimize >> Images tab. If you click the View Logs button on the lower right hand side of the screen you can download the file. If you could share the contents via pastebin.com that would be very helpful.

    WP Optimize is using the reSmush.it API for image optimization. Our network provider had some temporary issues last night which caused intermittent issues with two of our servers located in the same datacenter while all the others worked fine, but this was fixed in the meantime.

    Could you please check if you still encounter any issues? If you still encounter the same error, please make sure that Germany is not blocked in any firewall and contact us using https://resmush.it/contact/ so we can continue the investigation.
