Hi! I started to compress images on my website. Unfortunately, I get the message “An unexpected response was received from the server. More information has been logged in the browser console” once in a while.

Also, amount of completed images stays the same for quite a long time now. I checked folders – they are available for writing.

    Can you please help?

Can you send us your smush logs (they should be in the bottom right hand corers of the images tab). Can you use a tool such as pastebin.com to post them?

Only a part of logs as it’s impossible to post all of them, and basicaly it’s all the same.

Thank you, it looks like you were trying to run different process too close together. Please a bit of time between one process finishing and another one starting.

Thank you! Could you advise, how would I know what is the different process? And what can I do to prevent this error?

It’s likely you pressed the button to optimise the image more than once in a short time period. Just leave a bit more time between pressing the button.
